A few new deviations and a scrap. Also personal updates seem popular for these journal sort things. Still living. STILL waiting for my braces. No longer working my butt off. Now working for the local newspaper and loving it. About the new job: doing ad design for a local newspaper (maybe 5000 circulation) Mostly really simple to-the-point kind of stuff but occasionally gives me the chance to do some neat things. Introduced to some annoying new technology; Macintosh. But mainly... Life rolls on much as it has in this last age scarcely aware of the existence of Jonathon.

(love that orwell quote... i had it on a piece of paper in a ziplock baggie with pictures of my kids, my roe card, etc... in my kevlar. it kept me going during deployment.)
